Eliminate raises, change to hourly wage for Legislative branch, Random drug testing for legislative branch

In a time where social programs are being cut heavily, and our law making branch of government can barely come together to make laws to put the country back together. it is important to remind them that they are SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE... THEY SHOULD NOT BE DOING BETTER THEN THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS "SERVANTS".. Let them work every hour for there pay like the struggling citizens have to do.. why get raises when it comes from our pockets..As far as drugs thats a given most organizations have people that use drugs... and as for as iam concern someone has to be. Please this is fair, they are cutting from education and food programs while they have comped dinners... something needs to change
