Eliminate reprisal fines/ taxes for opting not to purchase health insurance through the ACA (Obamacare).

Find another way to fund this program instead of penalizing the young and healthy in this country who are already struggling to make a living in our crumbling economy. It is wrong to force all Americans to commit their earnings to something against their will, especially when they can't afford to pay for anything outside their current budget. It is even worse to penalize those of us who choose not to purchase any health care insurance because we're healthy, and we don't need it. Stop punishing those of us who choose to live healthy lives and who need to keep the money WE earn. Find another means of funding or repeal the ACA entirely. Maybe diverting some of that foreign financial aid from countries that lend us money or fund terrorism against us (China, Pakistan) could help fund the ACA.
