Why is it possible to add CISA to the budget bill? If this bill had been voted upon separately, there would have been organized opposition that might have made a difference...but when added to something as critical as the budget omnibus, it sails through the voting process.
Every piece of legislation should be voted upon BASED UPON IT'S OWN MERIT. Attaching such motions to another bill undermines our democracy. What would it take to stop this??
