Eliminate rules which allow anonymous language in Congressional bills and law proposals.

Created by S.L. on April 18, 2013

At present, congressmen are legally allowed by American legislative laws to put language and amendments into bills anonymously. This is an outrage. If a lawmaker does anything in the course of his or her duties, they must be held accountable for it. Transparency is paramount in a democracy - citizens have the right to know what their representatives are doing, since it can affect them directly. Eliminate rules that allow anonymous bill language in Congress.
