eliminate the salary limit for Social Security Taxes

Created by J.V. on December 21, 2012

The 2012 salary limit for being taxed for Social Security was $110,000. Why do people who make more money pay a lower percentage in Social Security tax? The tax should remain in effect for any salary amount and the limit should be eliminated. That would help ensure the solvency of the Social Security program and there would be no need to reduce benefits or yearly increases.
