The infrastructure of a strong and growing country is forever in a state of inprovement and growth. At the federal, state, and local levels our government does their best to survey where we live and work to make absolutely certain that our people are safe on the roads. But as our beaches of government fix different roads at different times our vehicles must also experience the levels of government on the road. Within simply a few miles a driver can experience multiple types of driving condition - old road, sand, gravel, a mixtures of old road and other compounds, sometimes large rocks, all before a new road. Due to this I propose an elimination of the tax for the tires of road vehicles until our roads experience less frequent construction or construction related activities.
