Due to the internet, many people now purchase tickets to sporting events, concerts, music festivals and other events and sell them online at prices much more than face value. First hand, original ticket brokers should facilitate the selling, returning and reselling of tickets at face value rather than exposing the tickets to heavy price gouging.
