Eliminate the security for Congress at the Capitol and use the funds saved to improve school security

As Congress does not feel that there is a need to improve background checks they must feel there would not be any risk to them if we eliminated the armed security guards they enjoy entering the Capitol Building. The money saved should be allocated to improving school security across the nation
