Eliminate the shift from standard to daylight savings time in the U.S. and implement permanent DST "summer time."

Created by J.D. on December 18, 2013

Instead of having daylight savings time only in the summer, extend it year round to provide extra sunlight in the evenings. Any justifcation for increased daylight in the summer such as more activity/shopping/economic benefit, are equally applicable in the winter. Having a permanent daylight savings time would allow people more sunlight every evening in the winter to enjoy their home and family.
