Social Security is broken. It is time we take responsibility for this. I move that as citizens we guarantee payments to those over the age of 45 on April 15 2013, while on that same date eliminate payments into Social Security by citizens under 16. All citizens 17 to 44 will have to continue to make payments until the last person receiving benefits dies or is no long in need of payments.
