Eliminate Student Loan Debt.

I would like to petition the government to help eliminate student loan debt for those people who have graduated with their Undergraduate degree in 4 years and has an overall GPA of 2.6. I feel that this will help the economy because with some of the student loan debt take care of it will open up their income to go an buy things that would help the economy i.e. cars, houses etc.The reason for the GPA and year restriction is because it will help people that while in college focused and got their degree accomplished. That way the people that went to college and just partied would not get their loans forgiven or the people that took their time choosing what to do and therefore amassed immense amounts of student loans.
