Our government forgives income tax debt, credit card debt and other types of debt. It is time to include student loan debt in that equation. Help those graduated students who are trying to make a living in this economy. Many graduates are not working in the fields of their degree due to the lack of jobs that the college loan money was taken out for. The scope of loan forgiveness has to be extended beyond teachers, firemen, policemen, nurses and city employees. Forgive the student loans in their entirety or offer one lump payment of half of the total amount. Either way, college graduates need student loan debt relief.
