We the undersigned do herby request that the President of the United States issue an executive order baring the 1979 Law which forbids Student Loans from being filed under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We find that Bankruptcy was intended for a fresh start for all Americans, including students, as a result we believe that bankruptcy is a means for that fresh start. We further ask the President to demand that Congress Act to restore the rights of bankruptcy for Students with Student Loans.
