Corporations that outsource jobs overseas to avoid hiring American workers at a higher labor cost should lose all tax breaks and incentives which were provided as an incentive to increase employment in the United States. In addition, a "Outsourcing Tax" should be implemented that would make the cost of outsourcing jobs financially prohibitive.
