We the people are paying $83 billion dollars per year towards the banking industry. It is the time to end the bank babysitting at the expense of the taxpayers. This is money that could go towards paying off our enormous debts, or be put back into food stamps, or go towards improving our children's education programs by giving more money to the schools.
