Eliminate the term "Ma'am" from common usage in the US Military and use "Sir" for addressing officers of either gender.

To further remove barriers to gender integration in our armed forces, we the people wish to eliminate the distinction of "Ma'am" when addressing officers in favor of "Sir" for either gender.
