Eliminate the time changes associated with Daylight Saving Time.

Created by E.O. on March 10, 2012

Daylight Saving Time is an outdated concept that was originally intended to give citizens more daylight time in the summer for evening activities and to save electricity associated with incandescent lighting during the evening. The clock changes that occur twice a year are disruptive to sleep and social schedules and there is no clear benefit to balance this inconvenience. Much of the world has eliminated time changes associated with DST and it is time to eliminate this inconvenience for the US.
