Eliminate TriCare and transfer all military retirees to the regular Medicare program

The Pentagon is trying to find ways to reduce expenditures. Military retirees, who are now civilians, receive VERY generous, sometimes FREE health care benefits for the rest of their lives. This costs the Federal Government enormous amounts of money. Transfer all retired recipients of TriCare and free health benefits, to the regular health care coverage that other civilians have, with Medicare as the first insurer and the requirement to purchase supplementary coverage. TriCare is a government program administered by private insurance companies who are raking in money from the Federal Government.
