Eliminate TriCare; put retired military (now civilians) into the Medicare + supplementary ins. program.

Eliminate TriCare for military retirees. ALL military retirees, who are now CIVILIANS, should be be transferred to the Medicare program and put into the same pot as all the rest of the civilian population, have to purchase a supplementary policy as others do, etc. The military health care and retirement costs are enormous. Many military retirees get a totally free ride, with Zero out of pocket expenses for their healthcare. This is a tremendous cost for the Pentagon budget!
