Eliminate TSA scanners and pat downs. Recognize that air travel today is unavoidable and protected by 4th amendment.

Created by T.G. on June 19, 2013

TSA x-ray scanners and pat downs are a violation of our 4th amendment rights.

The only legal argument that has been upheld that contradicts this statement is that "air travel is avoidable" and therefore when you travel by air you are tacitly waiving our rights. Air travel today is in fact unavoidable.

Additionally, since there is no "safe" level of x-rays, the TSA is intentionally putting US citizens in danger, thus indirectly depriving them of their right to life.

I petition the President to Lead this country's people and its Supreme Court by stating, as a matter of fact, that air travel is a fundamental component in today's economy and the American way of life, and as such Americans do not give up their 4th amendment rights to travel by air.
