Enact legislation requiring companies to provide the same benefits to all employees who are willing to work full-time. This would be an automatic incentive for companies to offer more full-time jobs, allowing American workers to earn a living wage and take care of themselves and their families. The additional paid hours and benefits would help offset the need for an increase in the minimum wage, while increasing quality of life of working Americans at the same time.
