President Obama has said that although people are losing their insurance, the insurance that they can obtain in Obamacare is "much better".
If it is so much "better" then why are there exemptions in the law for congressional staffers and certain self insured plans that are commonly used by Unions?

These groups should be enforced, in the equitable spirit of the law, to abide by the individual mandate and minimum standards and penalties that everyone else must.
