Eliminate unwanted telemarketing calls. Make the Federal Trade Commission enforce the Do Not Call Registry law.

In Feb 2008 legislation was passed creating a national Do Not Call Registry to eliminate annoying, repetitive and unwanted telemarketing calls. Telemarketing companies have routinely ignored this legislation and the FTC has done nothing to enforce it. Calls have now returned to their pre-registration levels and complaints to the
FTC are ignored. Make the FTC do its job. Make them enforce the law.
