Eliminate Use Of Relaxers/Perms On Young Children Making Issue ILLegal

Created by B.W. on November 28, 2015

Relaxers/Perms have chemicals damaging to hair texture and natural hair oils. Chemical use from relaxers in young children is more popular in the African American community. This chemical issue causes a lot of young black children to have damaged hair before they reach the age of 16, these relaxing hair products are used on children at the youngest age of 6 and up. However, when they reach the appropriate age of 18, they should then be able to use chemicals on their hair such as relaxers and perms and dyes. However, teenagers are going to do what the want. So this issue pertains to ages 1-13 only making it illegal to use of chemicals or dyes on young children's hair; but I also recommend that all races not encourage use of chemicals on teenagers hair, as their bodies are still growing.
