The use of "Riders" attached to "Bills" is allowing Congress to pass laws that otherwise would never pass the test of good judgement and it also gives our elected officials an excuse for passing bad laws and not being accountable. By making Congress vote only for the "Bill", we the people will have a better understanding of who is voting for what and therefore be able to make better decisions come the next election.
