eliminate useless spending by investigating the use of open source software, ending dependency on Microsoft & MS Office.

I am asking that we end useless spending on product licenses for Microsoft and Microsoft office. There is a lot of options for FREE and open source software, including Drupal which many of the governments websites are built on, OpenOffice and Libre Office (MS Office clones) or Linux a operating system (like windows or Mac OSX). If we have proven the government can use this software, lets save a couple billion and go open source.
