Eliminate VA hospitals and healthcare, and pay for veterans to use private physicians and hospitals. Keep small administrative staff to ensure veterans are entitled to benefits. Save hospital and medical staff costs. Private sector will not be paid bonuses that seem to have encouraged misuse of the present VA health system.
