Daylight savings time was established during WWII for some obscure reason. There is no reason to have it these days. Supposedly, and Amerind said, "White man thinks that if you cut the top off a blanket and sew it to the bottom, you will have a bigger blanket." Daylight savings bi-year changes incur unnecessary cost to travel companies to keep switching their schedules, and is a general annoyance. It has no redeeming social significance.
