Eliminate the "Windfall Elimination Provision" from The Social Security Laws

Created by M.M. on September 01, 2013

Social Security laws allow a working citizens Social Security retirement pay to be reduced by as much as 50% if they receive any other retirement fund payments.( i.e. railroad retirement benefit, or state government retirement benefit).
Citizens should be entitled to any and all Social Security retirement payments that they are due based on the payments they have made into the Social Security system throughout their working life. It should not matter wether they have paid into any additional retirement systems when you Social Security benefit is calculated. A Citizen of this country should fully get back what you have paid into Social Security.
And this process should be paid retroactively and monies reimbursed to citizens retired under the "Windfall Elimination" for a minimum of 10 years
