eliminating all types of Weapons of Mass Destructions nationally and internationally

This petition is very important because it denotes importance of taking stronger actions against the spread of WMD. weapons of mass destruction are disasterous and do kill/hurt/destroys alot of people. it is very important to ask the federal government to pursue more actions in order to help eliminate the proliferation of wmd nationally and globally. i can think of several ways the federal government can help eliminate the spread of WMD. The federal government can for example, pass an international law or can pressure the UN to declare thats its an international recognized crime to make or possess of radiological weapons. furthermore, i would ask the federal government to sign the resolution L.41 that make it a crime to possess or design a nuclear weapon.
