This petition request that the Obama Administration to produce a law that states if anyone be found to be a hacker of (Government or Personal) computers, devices or networks, hardware spy equipment placed in hidden restricted areas are faced with 99 years in a state penitentiary without the possibility of parole no exceptions other than government to prevent classified terrorism any other agendas would be against this law this includes (Unlawful spying or citizens)no exceptions.
