The police is using the information to triumph,up charges.and they is treating people differently because of bad records every body deserve to have the same chance and evaluate the situation as seen not by pass.I notice that if u have no record u less likely to get arrested for doing the same thing but if u was previously charge with anything they arrest u faster plus it unlawfull search and seizure the information is not needed.
