H.R.933 S.735, aka the Monsanto Protection Act, is merely the latest in a long line of legislative exploits that can best be described as democratic terrorism. The attachment of unrelated riders to enact reprehensible legislation, or to poison popular bills is an unacceptable subversion of the democratic process.
I'm calling for the White House to explore and advance a strategy for amendment of the legislative process to prevent future exploitation.
