embargo the current Ugandan regime until they rescind their recent genocidal anti-homosexual legislation

The Ugandan government has passed a law entitled "The Anti-Homosexual Act, 2014." This is a law that would criminalize homosexuality and mandate the reporting of homosexual activity or identity (thus making all Ugandans de facto government informants). We urge President Obama to bring all of the moral, political, and economic influence he has to bear against this horrific law.
