To embark on a study to explain the strange air and ground rumblings heard across the United States (and the world)

As of late there have been mass reports of either loud air or ground rumblings across the U.S. in non-earthquake prone areas. We the people have the right to know what is happening, or who is digging under our feet. Large sinkholes have been developing for no reason. A scientific study may help everyone understand, or just tell us the truth as to who or what is responsible.
