My father mr.sharif is a legal resident and his green card is valid until 12-22-2015.my father SB-1 visa,request was denied on August 05,2014.my father left u.s.a with my mother,who was a legal resident of the united states.my mother was seriously ill and passed away in pakistan.my father had to stay longer after the death of my mother because my father had to take care of the estate and wait for her one year death anniversary.my father never had the intention to remain in pakistan as his residence.he remained in contact with the family here in the united states and i strongly supported him financially while he was in pakistan.he attempted many times to travel to the united states but was a victim of old age.Now i want bring him back to the united states.I need your help.
