Emergency designation of The Historic Nehalem River HWY under the environmental protecton act. This desination is to protect and preserve the natural and historical value of old wagon trail that follows the Nehalem River from the Tillamook State Forest to the Ocean where the endangered COHO salmon enter the river system. BLM would be held to national standards in the three counties where this Historic river flows through. Limiting permits for clear cutting, drilling for natural resources and or storage of toxic sustances near the Nehalem River it's established wet lands areas or any of it's tributaries.
