A baby went to heaven last week, only 10 months old and only starting to take her first steps, unable to verbalize other than to scream and cry while a monster of a man brutally raped and beat her to death. The police report nearly unbearable to read. The mother found her baby in the basement on the cold floor in a pool of her own blood with the monster Benjamin Taylor standing over her with blood on his pants and groin area with his pants unbuttoned and unzipped.
What happened to this baby is horrific. She was tortured. She was taken from her mommy too soon.
This petition is for congress to make capital punishment for capital crimes a federal law, not state by state, this man should not have the luxury of spending the rest of his life in prison.
