Emphasize the old death penalty and bring back the noose

Until about 100-150 years ago the death penalty was used to get rid of Murderers, Rapist, and Traitors everywhere around the world. The noose was often used for such executions of murderers and the like. Today we do not use this method because it is seen as "inhumane" and cruel to execute the very people who have done evil deeds, Sometimes beyond imagining. We do not simply use the noose we use lethal injection which puts them to sleep instead of snapping their necks, instead of letting the punishment fit the crime. Or they are sent to life in Prison, given three square meals, a roof over their heads, and in some cases television and internet to lighten their days of "rotting away". While the American people pay for these commodities they live for free without a care in the world. No more
