Teachers are the key to a student's success. Better teachers usually mold better people.
Teachers are poorly paid, leading to lower tier graduates becoming teachers. Smarter teachers often lead to smarter students.
However, teaching is an entrenched bureaucracy; it's near impossible to fire someone. The main reason for this is mandatory teachers unions, and a last-hired-first-fired policy. This upholds seniority over quality.
This needs to change.
Raise teacher’s salaries to attract better teachers.
Abolish last-hired-first-fired so that only better teachers stay on the job, not the most senor.
Give teachers praise and moral support to show your support.
