Employ a non-partisan, third party, efficiency expert organization to evaluate federal spending. This is to include a summarized report (bulleted list of current budgets and proposed cuts) released to the public at a 5th grade reading level through all media outlets. Each representative is to hold a townhouse meeting or press conference on how they WILL use the report to cut wasteful spending and balance the budget. Until the third party report is released, all federal representatives shall alter his/her income and benefits to match that of the people they represent.
