Imperial Irrigation District is a public utilitycompany in El Centro, Calif. IID has always been abusive to the Latino and Black community. Activists have filed 2 discriminatory lawsuits to force IID to Change. IID has discovered how to legally practice racism against the Latinos. IID harasses, abuses Latino employees and when the employee is beaten IID forces them to sign a Last Chance Agreement that takes away all the employees civil and union rights reducing the employee to a slave status. IID then delights by abusing the employee and fires them. IID has control of the local Judges and the Judges then dismiss any lawsuits from the employees who signed IID's papers. Congress needs to pass a law protecting the employees from having their civil rights taken away by IID. USA!
