Employee Rights

I have worked for about 10 companies already and I'm only 24 years old. I have seen that hard work does not promote success in any of this companies, but knowing the right people does. I have seen people be denied their breaks because there are either not enough people, or this companies get really busy and employees are not given a chance to rest, while managers disappear from sight to avoid working, and helping their employees. In some ways it can be beneficial, but it means someone is going over their allowed hours and it would cause the rest of the employees to exhaust themselves, because someone that worked a busy night could not show up because they went over their allowed hours. Working like this is exhausting and dangerous to the health of employees....
