For employers to not discriminate against applicants with credit issues. Unforseen events in life interfere with credit

Created by A.P. on March 25, 2014

When employers hire candidates for jobs there is a screening process conducted for credit. Potentially employers may not hire employees due to credit issues. There are too many unforeseen occurrences that happen in individuals’ lives that interfere with such as divorce, termination from employment, hours reduced, laid off, death in family, and bullying on a different job. Not only for private sectors but government employees must look into this particular aspect of hiring employees based on having favorable credit.
We have created a system where all individuals are being monitored for potential bribery through the Patriot Act, NSA, FBI, CIA, AML programs in Banks, and internal monitoring by audits at an employer. There is no need to scrutinize applicants for credit issues anymore.
