Employment criminal background checks needs to stop. X felons have a hard time trying to find a job/career.

Employers need to stop running criminal background checks. People that are X felons are having a really hard time to find a job, because of something happen long time ago. Example: I knew some one and the employer said your resume is awesome and your the type of person Iam looking for, pretty much said to him your hired.
The next day the employer did not contact him back. So he call the employer to see what's going on and was told we did a criminal background check and that's why we're not going to hire him. By the why when he was at the interview the employer really like this guy and be a good adsant to the company, but once he found that this guy is a X felon, it's was like the employer didn't want that guy working for the company now. Wich before the guy was perfect. This needs to stop
