Employment consideration should be based solely on your qualifications and your level of education. Currently even in legal states employees are subjected to random drug testing. Putting their jobs and livelihoods in constant jeopardy. Too many people have lost their jobs because of marijuana testing in the workplace. Many qualified applicants are turned away for job consideration based on their marijuana use. With so much of the country for marijuana reform and change.
