to empower the FBI to investigate reports of rapes on college campuses to ensure Title 9 EROC compliance.

Created by J.T. on July 15, 2014

Due to the large economic interests of universities and their supporting communities there exists a conflict of interest in the investigation of sexual assaults on college campuses. The prosecution of assaults can affect the college's image affecting enrollment, affecting sports programs and affecting politically connected organizations on campus. The federal government specifically the FBI and the Justice Department should be empowered to become the direct reporting line for complaints of assault, so that victims can be given fair treatment under the law and our institutions where are young people leave home in the transition from youth to adulthood will be strengthened. Title 9 ENROC requirements need an unbiased 3rd party reviewing complaints.
