Whether stolen from a family member or bought on the street illegally they will be obtained. We have hundreds of Veterans coming home from conflicts that can't find jobs that could with training from local law enforcement provide excellent protection and continuing service to their country and community. They know how to recognize and neutralize threats before they become a problem. They can be discreet and the process can be built into current methods. We can't afford Police at every school and mall but we have trained Soldiers that need jobs and already have the basic skills to defend the innocent.
