Enable and require the REPEAL of the Sequestration Legislation.

Created by J.B. on March 04, 2013

The Sequestration Legislation, officially the Budget Control Act of 2011 (Pub.L. 112–25, S. 365, 125 Stat. 240) enacted on August 2, 2011 must be REPEALED.

--The legislation causes more harm than good.
--The legislation has failed in its intended purpose; that is, to force a budget plan which passed Congress by March 1, 2013.
--Thus, the failure of the legislation has put into effect the harmful consequences of its provisions. The President and Congressional members have deemed these consequences were unintended at the passage of the legislation 19 months ago.
