Enable citizens to sue Congress for actions or inactions that are personally beneficial or a failure to execute office

Created by D.L. on March 16, 2014

Because the legislative branch of our government cannot reasonably be expected to pass legislation that may possibly be harmful to their position and status in government, we the people request the President of The United States to pass an executive order allowing citizens the ability to sue and hold members of Congress accountable for actions or a lack thereof that may benefit them, and/or their associates, monetarily or career wise. We have observed a lack of action for political reasons on issues supported by a majority of Americans. We have witnessed unrelated and political party based amendments to bills in order to further a personal or party agenda against the will of the majority of the people they represent. The people have no recourse against a Congress that answers to no one.
